What is a dental implant?
It is a biocompatible modern tooth- replacement solution. It consists of two parts: a titanium screw, which simulates the root, is surgically placed in the jawbone and integrated into it and a second part, which is the part that imitates the tooth inside the mouth.
A dental implant can replace a missing tooth or act as a bridge abutment (in the absence of more teeth) or as a support for dentures.
